License Transfer Utility missing

Hello - I have a client working with AutoCAD 2011 (I believe) that is trying to transfer the license to another computer... But on the other computer the license transfer utility is not there... What would cause that? And what is the best way to get it there?

You can't think AutoCAD and run Revit.

Run a repair install on the second seat perhaps?

LTU

Read this paragraph that starts:  License transfers rely on the product serial number.

Was the second install completed with the same S/N?

Thank you for that information.

I am pretty sure they are using the same seriall number and info.. but will double check.

If your client is just wanting to permanently move a license, LTU is not necessary. Just have them run through the authorization process.
Otherwise it's time to pop the disk back in and perform a complete install with all the bells/whistles and companion tools
