LDD object enabler for LT 2008

My surveyor is sending me a file which has missing objects. He is using Land Development Desktop 4, and I am using LT 2008. I looked for enablers, but can only find LDD enablers for LT 2005. Will these work, or will he have to explode the objects for me to see them?

There are no LDD OEs for LT anymore beyond what you found: and they will not
install except in the version they are designed for.
