Layout Templates

I am trying to use multiple layouts for a drawing using our own different size templates. I can use the same size template as the original but when i choose a different size the template brought in is our old one which got changed last year and then deleted. I have tried deleting the old template on the new layout tab and copy pasting a new template in but it still reverts back to our old one. I have searched the system and can't find any trace of the old templates. Does anyone know where they are coming from, also when i insert a new layout tab these messages come up on the command line:
Command: _layout
Enter layout option [Copy/Delete/New/Template/Rename/SAveas/Set/?] :
_template Duplicate definition of block IGLA3 ignored.
Duplicate definition of block TBLK ignored.
Duplicate definition of block REVBLK ignored.
Duplicate definition of block IGLA1 ignored.
Duplicate definition of block IGLA0 ignored.
Duplicate definition of block IGLA2 ignored.
Duplicate definition of block A$C2CE96378 ignored.
Duplicate definition of block A$C0CFA7286 ignored.

Many Thanks

Nick, this tells you that there already is a block of this name in the
drawing. And this results in your title block remaining the same.

You first need to eliminate the block from the drawing. To do so, find
every insertion of the block and delete it, then purge the drawing. Do
so for every block duplicated.
