Layer Manager Not Appearing

I have a user running AutoCAD 2007 LT who is having a problem opening the Layer Manager Window. When she types Layer or clicks the layer manager toolbar button AutoCAD goes gray (similar to when a command is active or another window is open). The problem is, the layer manager window never opens. She can continue in AutoCAD if she presses the escape key.

Any advice?

Problem solved. Somehow the window had been moved to the space that would have been viewable on a second monitor - however, there was no second monitor.

I have the same problem with LT 2006. Clear reinstall and changes in registry was done, but it still doesn't appear.
I know that with LT 2006 you can change the window positions editing "Bounds" in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R11\ACAD-4001:415\Profiles\Dialogs\LayerManager
But here there's no even "LayerManager" key.
SP1 installed. System: Windows XP.
Have completly no idea what can it be...
