last topic of the day...changing spaces

in autocad 2005 lt is there a command that u are able to change from model to paper space?
the command 'chspace' is not recognized. for instance taking a title block in paper space and wanting to change it to model space.

CHSPACE is not in LT.

There's no built-in command. To do this manually:

1. In paper space, draw a line from some osnap point on the model space
image. You'll use this for alignment.

2. In paper space, wblock to a temporary file. Select everything
visible using a crossing window. The resulting file will be a model
space drawing of what was in paper space in the original drawing.

3. Make a copy of the original file. In paper space in the copy, erase
everything using a crossing window. Change to model space. Save the
file. This gives you a file of just the model space entities from the
original drawing.

4. In the copy, insert the temporary file from step 2. You'll probably
have to scale the inserted drawing. Use the line you drew to align.
Erase the line. Save.
