Issues upgrading from AutoCAD LT 2010 to LT 2014

I have an the base license for AutoCAD LT 2010 on a laptop that died.  On my new laptop I installed the AutoCAD LT 2014.  I put the upgrade license on it. After entry, there was a request for the old base license.  I entered the old AutoCAD LT 2010 license (from the CD case).  I received an error.

Please help!
