Is there an option for overkill in 2010 LT?

A coworker here has AutoCAD 2013 and he has this overkill command that would make this project super easy if I could use it.  Is there some way I can use that by way of other command or third party tool in AutoCAD 2010 LT?

Nope.

Have him open it and run the Command.
