Invalid page fault in module AC1ST15.DLL

I just got ACAD2002 LT installed and it was running fine until I installed Norton System Works and Firewall. Now when I try to start ACAD2002 LT, all I get is error msg:
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down". I am running Win98. Is this a windows problem or an ACAD problem or Symantec problem. I have uninstalled firewall and reinstalled ACAD LT. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

TM

Symantec problem, and they seem in no hurry to fix it. Some have
successfully uninstalled everything Norton and got things to work
again. Others have to reformat their entire hardrives, wipe them
clean, and start all over.

You will have to replace the excisting ac1st15.dll (too agressiv) with a newer version. You will find out how on the autodesk knowledge case when you enter the error message in the keywords.
