Installing ACLT2000 with windows Installer

We're installing most of our software using Win2k AD Group Policy. We've
successfully been able to build an msi package (that works) with Wininstall
LE and ACLT 97. However, when we do this with ACLT 2000 we get errors on
eight files with "Error 1904 Filename Failed to Regeister". The files are
the following:

acdchatch.arx
acdcsdimstyles.arx
acdclayouts.arx
acdclinetypes.arx
acdcsymbols.arx
acdctextstyles.arx
acdcxrefs.arx
axauto15.dll

When we install the package manually we see the errors and have the option
to click ignore. We do so and Voila the program seems to work just fine.
The prob is we can't push it out with GP because of these errors. Any
suggestions.
