Insert Link bugs AUtoCAD LT 2013 !!!!

Hi

I have a user who has AutoCAD LT 2013 SP2 installed. When he tries to insert a link (Insert > Data > Link) the application bugs/stops responding. He then has to stop the application via the Task Manager.

Any ideas?

There is no such menu entry in LT 2013: Do you mean Data Link Manager? Insert Tab, then clink on DataLink icon?
Any other users with this issue at your location?

I did not install SP2 and the command works fine.

For the menu option, the system is actually in French so I tried to translate to english, but I think that is the menu "DataLink".

Yes it works on another computer that did not have the SP2 installed!!! So there might be a problem with the SP2 install ? ?

I will try to uninstall and see if that solves the issue,

I'm seeing reports of issues with SP2 in LT2013 from other users, but I cannot confirm: you mentioned SP2 and I looked at my installation and noticed it was only up to SP1.1
