Your picture is titled IMAGEATTACH which is not INSERT.

Can you type the message of the window so that I can run it thru a translator?

I can't Copy/Paste the text from this image.

In English it could be sth like this:

Can not open this file.

This problem can have several couses:

- The data in the file is damaged

- File was saved in previous format, which is not longer supported

- Format file isn't supported

Let's try get better copies of file, ones more open file with another setting or convert file to supported file format.

It could be evrythink all right if I open any file, but I can't even choose any one.

Follow this advice for a clean install:

Autodesk Recommended Clean Install Procedure:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?linkID=9240817&id=2887771&siteID=123112

That's all I can think if INSERT Command is the only problem you are having.

Assuming that you are only wnating to INSERT a Drawing file or Block.
