May I ask why you want your entire symbols library in every DWG file, when
you can simply add them using any number of commands and options just as
easily?
As long as the blocks are in a folder that AutoCAD has access to in
OPTIONS>Folders, INSERT will pick it up and insert it into your drawing.
You can also drag/drop blocks into your file with ADCENTER. You can also
drag/drop blocks from Windows Explorer too.

dragging those blocks into the new/existing drawing that I work on.
Initially it wasnt that big of a deal, but I quickly realized the blessing
of blocks and the number of blocks that I'm making is rising exponentially,
and Its rediculously tedious to do that for every drawing. Not only that the
AutoCAD Design center doesnt allow you to insert multiple blocks in at one
time. Does anyone know how to drag all those blocks into a drawing with
"one" clean Sweep???
