Image Tile Menu/Slide libraries/Pull down

II have created a custom pull down menu in AutoCAD LT 2008 using the CUI. My pull down consists of:
Image Slide Libraries, Template and drawings that can be pulled into the current drawing. I can insert drawings from my pull down and slides from the image tile menu. However I cannot see the preview of any of the slides in the image tile menu. I was able to see the thumbnail preview a few days ago but i have been adding to the pull down. I have not been adding to the image tile menu.

Any thoughts?

Image Tile menus are old school, they require you to create a slide of your
objects, combine into slide libraries (if you have many, a few is not
required), then locate in LT's path for review. Any minor changes and you
have to recreate the slides.

ToolPalettes and ADCENTER command replaced that functionality, and is built
into the program to do exactly what you are doing. Consider exploring these
simpler functions if there is an opportunity to advance.

Do you have any documentation on how to call the image tile menu pull down? I'm trying to work in 2011 LT and can't find any good instructions. Step 6 doesn'twork where I can drag my command to the Image Tile Menu I created so I started up 2006 LT and was at least able to do it there but can't find how I'm able to make a call to have it pop up now. I can do it using ACAD2005 mnu files but that's it....
