I too, cannot see objects that I am moving.

I recently started a trial for a program called PDF2CAD, the test file I converted worked fine. Everything is selectable and editable. When I move something it does show up while moving/copying. However, when I make additions to the drawing, text for example, and try to move/copy it it does not show up while moving.

PDF2CAD converted the PDF to a DXF format, which I then saved as a DWG.

Hate to say it, but there is nothing wrong with the file: I can grab and move (and see) everything in there.

Have you added something to the drawing, then tried to move what you have added?

I am sorry. I uploaded the wrong file. The one I am having trouble with is the .dxf file that is created using the program on your own computer. I uploaded the one I got from the company that was already in .dwg format. Everything works for that one. It takes 24hrs to get it back though.

Ain't that a kicker.

Got it to work but now cannot replicate. There is something off about this file.

AUDIT did return 148 errors but that did not fix it.

Hi,

Try this file. It appears  DraftSight was able to repair it.

I will try when I get back to work. Could you tell me what you did in DraftSight to repair the file?

I just opened your DXF in Draftsight and saved in DXF format.

Then I opened resulting DXF in AutoCAD LT and AUDITed it (about 148 errors was fixed), but even without auditing I was able to see newly created objects in this file when I move or copy them.
