Does your version of LT have the MEASUREGEOM command? If so you can use the radius option of the command or the distance option of the command. Online help for the MEASUREGEOM command can be found at the following link.

If your version of LT does not have the MEASUREGEOM command you can use the DIST command or the LIST command.

Hi Johneng,

Thanks to your solutions, and they did answer the question.

But allow me to ask a further question, because this is the one bothers me the most.

Do you actually know how to convert the polyline to the original entities? Because, very often I want to use a 2D DWG drawing that was converted from a 3D drawing, but some lines or arcs are polyline that can not be used directly.

Appreciate your help!

You can EXPLODE a Pline... .

Pendean,

Thanks for the reply!

However, if I use "explode", the polyline will be exploded to tens of line segments, not a proper line or arc.

If your PLINE arc is not a true arc, you don't get a true arc ever out of it no matter how hard you try. It has to be drawn correctly first.
What you have is what you asked for, returned a Pline to its true entities.
There are no 2D Plines in 3D, so your original quest is not attainable.

Hi pendean,

From our discussion, it seems the request is simply an impossible one.

Thanks!
