Help needed with layout template

Someone please help!

I have created a template from the file attached. Just save as .dwt

But when i am trying to load this one in an other file layout, the layout still be blank...

It's a complete mystery for me

What do you mean by "load this one in another file layout"? Use actual AutoCAD command names and functions please so we can understand your process.

It's because all your layout contains is a viewport which shows a titleblock in model space. When you try and insert the layout into another drawing it only uses what is physically in the layout - which is nothing, so you get a blank layout
