Helo Guys...Problem Autocad LT 2011 'Urgent'

got 1pc problem with the autocad LT 2011..after i running the LT 2011..the software Hang...

the pc OS Window XP Proffesional 2002 Pack2..

You need to give more information. Does the program run and then "hang" while you are doing something? If so what are you doing. Or does it load up and then just not run? Have you tried rebooting? I have had to restart my desktop 4 times before it would load up all the way before. As I already said: we need more info.

i dont have do anything..just run the software Autocad LT 2011 1times,then the software "HANG" and dont have eror Box out..

Charles..dont confuse with my Subject..i got problem with 2Version Autocad LT 2011 and 2012...

About Autocad LT 2011..after i running,then the software "Hang" i cant do anything..that why..i make 2subject..

1st.Autocad LT 2012..2nd Autocad LT 2011.. please guys,dont confuse k...im sorry i make u all confuse about my Subject...

juz nid some advice,solution and step how to solve my problem...im realy tension for now..

Did this just start?

Did it start with the install of the LT 2012?

Has a Registry Cleaner been run on the PC?

Has there been a Windows update?

Are you running Norton 360 on the PC?

Can you open a drawing file?

Is it all files or just one?

As has been said you need to provide more information.

Charles i think we story about my 2nd Subject "Autocad LT 2011 1st time running "HANG"

About Autocad LT 2012 its ok..i think i can solve it..

1. this is 1st time installation

2. yups,1st time Autocad LT 2011 in their Dekstop

3. i think dont have any Registry cleaner4

4. i think the dekstop using..Windows Xp Professional Pack 2

5. About the Antivirus Kapersky 2011

6. Cant open any file..

This sounds like you need to completely remove the Autodesk products and start over on the installation.

If you have any Customizations back those up before you remove.
