Hangs when printing multiple sheets to PDF

Hi All,

When i print multiple pages to PDF the program hangs and becomes unresponsive for about 2 - 3 minutes. If i print a single sheet it is fine.

I am running autocad LT 2014 with service pack 1 installed. The printer is DWG to PDF and i have the Cute PDF printer installed.

How do you print multiple pages? That's not an option in AutoCAD.
If you mean PUBLISH, did you remember to turn off background publishing first?

Sorry I do mean publish. What I mean by multiple pages is selecting multiple tabs at the bottom (using either shift or ctrl) and then right clicking the tabs and selecting publish.

Background publishing is turned off

Are all the layouts set to use the PDF driver by default?
Is each layout preset and ready to plot to "something"?
If you PUBLISH to DWF does the problem persist?
If you PUBLISH to each layout's default setting does the problem persist?

If background publishing is off, AutoCAD LT will stay "busy" while it publishes your sheets. Plotting/publishing in the background is what enables you to continue to work while plotting, and not have to wait for the program to finish thinking. Have you tried turning it on? (Although 2-3 minutes of hang time does seem a little excessive.)
