flatten survey drawn in turbo Cad for cad LT

I have recieved a survey in DWG format. It has been drawn originally in Turbo CAD. When I try to use it I can not fillet or use the intersect snap. This suggeststo me it is not flat? I have tried AECTOACAD but the problem persists.

Can you Help?

If the FLATTEN command is N/A in LT, you could use the old brute force method of moving the entities to one extreme in the Z direction and then back.

A menu macro that should work in LT can be found here.

It could also be that the conversion leaves tiny gaps at what looks like corners and junctions, post the dwg if you still have problems.

Thank-you for your help and offer of further help. A friend managed to flatten it on their computer for me but your comments were helpful to learn what to do next time.

Thanks Justine
