Flashing Menu Icons

Wow!! Out of the blue my screen started flashing menu icons after every command except Save. I had two small files open, went from paper space to model space on one of them and BAM! flashing icons and prolonged lag time while the file went from model to paper space. Then after that every command (except Save) evoked some serious lag time and flashing icons.

I'm rebooting after I post this. Hope that clears it up.

Yes I've seen the "flashing" post by others but until now it wasn't affecting my  machine. Now it is here.

Have you updated the graphics drivers?

No I didnt upgrade any graphics drivers because it had been working just fine. The trigger seemed to be file size. As the drawing file increased in size or if I opened 2 larger projects at the same time then the issue manifested itself. 

The LT14 registry fix seems to have cured the problem.
