Fatal Error using LT2010 on Windows XP

We have recently updated to LT2010 using Windows XP. We are now getting "Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation", or "AutoCAD unable to continue" messages. Can someone advise, should we install 'LT2010 Update 1' ? & if so there are four downloads to choose from, how do you know which one to use? (D55 or D59 etc).

x64 is if you are running 64bit version of XP. That leaves two.
Since you cannot install the wrong one, start anywhere.
