fatal error UHVA writing

I have just finished installing AutoCAD LT 2000i upgrade onto my PC and
on every attempt at opening the program I get the Fatal Error:

Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0xffffffd9 Exeption at 9h.

- pentium II 128 mb int.
- Windows 98
- IE = 5.01
- there is no TSR running.
- no virus scans running.

After installing service pack 2 (u091_u181p_lt) the program gives the
following startup failor: "can not find required DLL-file, SHAREDB15.DLL. So
this solotion wasn't very usefull.

- maybe it's better also re-install Lt 97?

Plaese can someone give a usefull solotion?
Greetings fram Angelo Vos Netherlands

Angelo

Angelo,

The error about the DLL is the result of Win9X not resolving the common
shared files path. For more information refer to the online Knowledge Base.
