fatal error in autocadlt 2005

hi all,
i am facing an error in autocad lt stating that "fatal error: hung application. can't keep executable running. c:\program files\autoCAD LT 2005\achlnkui.arx"....
can anyone please tell me what to do to get rid of this error. it pops up every time i try to open the application.
