FATAL ERROR: Error Code (0x64660005) When Opening Drawing On Windows 7 64bit

I am having an issue with my users that have AutoCAD LT 2000i installed on Windows7 64bit trying to open a .dwg file that was created in AutoCAD 2012.   They are receiving the error:

"FATAL ERROR: Error code (0x64660005) c:\program files (x86)\common files\autodesk shared\acismobj15.dbx"

The strange thing is this is only happening on some files, some others open OK.  I have tried opening the file on XP and on Windows7 32bit using LT 2000i and the files open fine, just not on a 64bit.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as my users are having major delays.

Thanks

Is everything being saved down to AutoCAD 2000 format?

Proxy Objects from the 2012 seat an issue at all? Any warnings there?

Dynamic Blocks being used?

Have you tried saving as a R14 DWG or roundtripping through R12 DXF?

Tried -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD? (note the hyphen)

Someone with that combination of the 2000i software and Win 7 OS may come along with advice here.

Bravo for getting the 2000i to run at all! When was that; Win95?

Lt2000i is not designed for any 64bit OS, or Win7: you could try installing it in Win7's XPMode option for old software and see if that helps. Follow the detailed uninstall procedures noted by others and completely update 2000i.
