fatal error closing AutoCADLT98

When I close LT98 I get the following message:
A fatal execption 0D has occured at 3E2F:0000D17A.
I have tried reloading LT98 from the CD. The only thing I can do is to turn the computer off and start again.

This error indicates there is a problem with either a driver or hardware device. I would start out by
downloading and installing the latest video driver for your video card.
