Exporting to DWF, or Publishing to DWF, or Plotting to DWF

A client wants a DWF.  I'm running 2014LT. I've tryed a number of ways to get it to work.

1) I went to export, dwf, the window opened so I could give it a name & location, I hit save & it appears that it has created the DWF.  When I go to the location, there are no DWF in the folder.

2) I went to Publish, the window opens & I set it to DWF, hit publish & ....I get the "failed to plot" in my plot status.  I've check "publish in background" and un-checked "publish in background".

3) I went to plot & I don't have an option for DWF in my list of printers.

Any ideas would be greatley appriciated.

Cary

Looks like you removed/uninstalled the DWG to DWF.PC3 file from your setup. It's there by default during a normal installation of LT2014.

Put it back with PLOTTERMANAGER command's Add-A-plotter wizard. PUBLISH as as as PLOT and EXPORT reply on it.

Do you have a DWF viewer installed? You can't see a DWF without it.

Thanks, that was the problem!
