Error When Opening Help

Help...

After using AutoCAD LT 2002 for a couple of weeks, accessing the help form anywhere causes the following error to appear and shuts down the help or the program altogether:

ACHELP caused an invalid page fault in
module AWHHTAB.DLL at 0167:10001a93.

It seemed to be when I used the 'Ask Me' tab, as help tries to access this feature first and then the error appears, thus rendering the help useless.

Is there a fix for this or can I re-install AutoCAD LT 2002 without it effect all my personalised toolbars and options. Setting up AutoCAD to 'My World' takes some time, turning options on and off etc, so I really do not want to manually do all this again is a re-install is needed.

Thanks in advance for any help

Dogga,

From what I find looks like this error has appeared before. It was
caused after the customer loaded Answerworks. I loads a version of the
file AWHHTAB.DLL which is then registered in Windows. I would suggest
reregistering that file. Microsoft's website has a "Q" article on
this. You could just rerun the LT install.
