Dogga,
From what I find looks like this error has appeared before. It was
caused after the customer loaded Answerworks. I loads a version of the
file AWHHTAB.DLL which is then registered in Windows. I would suggest
reregistering that file. Microsoft's website has a "Q" article on
this. You could just rerun the LT install.
