Error message whilst using LTU

I am trying to export a licence for LT2014 but when I try to sign-in LTU says:

"Export Request Failed
The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)
Click the "Try Again" link to resubmit the request.
Try again
Error reference:1"

It would appear your LT2014 license was upgraded if you are positive you entered the correct serial number.

When a license is upgraded under the Subscription program, there can be a new license issued.  The notification along with the new serial number/product ID/etc. is sent to the Contract supervisor as listed in the Subscription program.  If thats not you, then somebody else is sitting on your new license number (don't forget to check spam filters).
