Error 11.1.6011 - AutoCAD LT 2008

Hello,

Having an issue with error 11.1.6011.  For all those familiar with it, I am constantly directed to this webpage to try to solve the issue:

This is a hotfix Autodesk released.  If you click on 32bit or 64bit I'm directed to a webpage showing what I believe the .reg file in the supposed hotfix should be, but it's just text.  No file.  Can anyone help tell me what to do with this info?  I know you can turn a .txt file into a .reg file by changing the properties, but then I'm not sure what to do with it.  The webpage I'm directed to says:

Save the file with a .reg extension, and double-click on it to add it to the registry.
