I have alredy posted this in Autoad Mechanical froums (Look Here) and autocad forums.
With AcadM 2012 Clicking on a hyperlink, DWG files opens instantly with errors (press F2 to view it in text window). With vanilla Autocad list of errors are long.
After editing the drawing if we close the dwg without saving it closes without prompting to save and loose all edits. Even if the drawing is saved during edit and continued to edit, there wont be any prompt for save when closing the file. File will retain your last save and any edits after that will be lost.
This behaviour is found in Autocad LT as well. Everyone, Please take care and save the file before closing. Hope someone from Autodesk will have some explanation (none found in Mechanical forums).

Hi Binu,
Does this happen with any file that has a hyperlink?
Does it help if you create a wblock of the objects in your drawing, create a new drawing, insert the wblock and explode it, then save the file?
If this happens with only certain files, please send one as a sample so that we can see exactly what is happening.
If not, please send the detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
Cheers,
Luciane
