Using LT 2014 on Win 7 Pro.
Recently got a new PC and due to problems with regular LT crashes I have recreated my customizations etc. from scratch.
Finally seem to have got everything working OK and how I it was on my old PC, other than one minor issue.
I have edited the CUI so that the "old" attribute editor (ATTEDIT) is launched rather than the enhanced (EATTEDIT) version.
However after double clicking a block a further third click is required to select block/launch editor.
Editing CUI back to EATTEDIT works ok with only a double click required.
Anyone have any thoughts on what may be wrong - I'm stumped.
TIA
Greg
I have edited the macro to read ^C^C_ATTEDIT
I think this correct?
Works other than needing an annoying extra click.
See attached screenie
Is it a dynamic block you're editing? If it is have you changed the setting for 'Attribute Dynamic Block'?

This particular block is not dynamic (is our title sheet) but I had amended the setting for "Attribute Dynamic Block" as well anyway.
Has it got any MText in it? That might be a problem.
I have an block with an mtext attribute in it and I have to click three times. Twice to get the block editor dialog box up and once on the '...' button so I can edit the text.

Title Sheet block does have some MText, but have tried on a block with only 1 attribute and get same problem.
Double-click block, cursor changes to the pickbox, then i have to click block a third time and the editor opens.
If you can post one of the offending drawings. If there is a problem with posting an actual drawing, just post one which only has your title block and nothing else in it

Ok I just loaded it up and double clicking worked fine (don't worry I haven't finished yet)
I was then looking through some variables and there is one called PICKFIRST. I changed that to 0 and couldn't even double click the blocks.
So at the command prompt type in PICKFIRST. Change it to 1 and see if that helps.

Unfortunately I don't know too much about the variables in LT, but as I said I loaded up your drawing and double clicking on all three of your blocks called up the dialog box.
Can you do a repair reinstall of Autocad, just in case something has changed?
