Disabled Plot Style/Printing in Colour

I'm having two issues with my AutoCAD 2010 software. The first is that I cannot access the Plot Style option in the Format menu. The button itself is grayed out, and clicked be clicked on.

The second issue I'm having which I think is related to first is that I cannot print any of my drawings in colour. I checked the print and it has colour ink, and when I preview the drawing it shows up in colour yet the paper copy is always just black and white.

Thank you for any help.

PREVIEW is what AutoCAD is sending to the device: if it looks correct on screen, that is what is going out, so your driver/device needs it's settings changed. You provide no details on what that is or what driver you use.

Plot Style in the format menu is greyed out because your file is set to use CTB: that menu option is for drawing files set to STB. Which do you use?
