Can't redock my designcenter .... tried to do the same as the toolbars but
that won't work.

This is the only way I know how to discribe how to do this. Grab the floating
Design Center window and slooooowly drag it to the edge of the drawing area.
Watch carefully how the "ghost" image of DC looks as you drag it. As soon as
it changes appearance you have it! Let it go and it will redock.

Wish there was an easier way, but the other method requires editing the
registry.
