converting dwg files to pdf

Anyone here have experience converting dwg to pdf? I have heard that if you
have the full version of Acrobat (not just the reader), you can set up a
plot configuration to make pdf's. Once that is done, you plot the drawing
as if sending to plotter but it makes a pdf -- a bit like making a plot
file.

Is this true?

Yes, Mark..exactly right.

Here's a link to other methods to create a non-editable version of an AutoCAD
drawing:

You may also want to try eDocPrinter PDF Pro. The trial version works fine
with AutoCAD LT.
