Change default size of multileader block circle

Is it possible to change the default size of the block circle of the multileader and also the text size and style?  If so how do I do it?

MLEADERSTYLE would be the place to do so but I think OOTB MLeaders are static.

That being typed it should follow that the current Textstyle would govern the text in the Block.

Do you need to start using ANNOTATIVE Mleaders and Text perhaps?

Hi there.

Would anybody advise what to do when multileader block circle is not showing even though its selected in multileader style? It was showing couple of days before and suddenly it dissapeared. See attachment. Thanks.
