Cannot open .DXF file

I use Adobe streamline to convert a .TIF image file to a .DXF file. However, when I open the DXF file, AutoCAD LT 2002 gives an error message in the command line.

"Table flags missing on line 34"
invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded.

I have been search around the web, AutoCAD help assistant and Adobe streamline help. I cannot find anything to solve this problem.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thanks

Open the dxf file with any text or word processor. A dxf file is just
lines of text. Count down to line 34 and report back to this site, the
text on the line. If you use a word processor to open the file, then
don't save it.
