Cannot Open AutoCAD LT

I had a virus get on my computer and had to do a reformat. After re-installing AutoCAD LT I cannot open it unless I select "Run as adminstrator." Even after uninstall and reinstall it was doint the same thing. Since I couldn't find a solution at the time I set it to always open as administrator so I could work and look into the problem. I still have that issue, but now I cant properly open some dwg files. The fiel opens, but displays nothing. If I have someone else open the same file on their computer, the can see everything.

Does anyone know how to get it so I don't need to always select run as administrator? I never had to do this before and I'm already set as an admin on the computer.
