In model space, I have a number of objects that I didn't group together. This set of objects includes perimeter walls (grouped), a window assembly (grouped seperately).
This is a first for me. I want to explode all objects in dwg. every line, even those that I didn't group are selected when I
select a single line?
I've followed the procedures in help, knowledge base, to no avail.
Any suggestions?

Type in GROUP at the command line
A dialog box should appear.
Untick and then tick again INCLUDE UNNAMED GROUPS
The box should now be populated. Select all the groups and then click on UNGROUP (second icon on the right hand side of the dialog box)
And you should have no more groups

I'm using Acad LT 2012. Typed "Group" in C-line, I get no dialog.
On C-line I get: Select objects or [Name/ Description] "
Not sure where to go from here?
Why don't i get a dialog box? something set wrong?
Hmm... No dialog here either
I'd like to hear more as well

I bow to the Sage of the Forum.
Use ALL for the Selection and works a treat (for you Howard)
Follow up - Took three clicks in Exchange and an expansion or two to come across that Command if you did not know it exsisted (which apparenlty we did not).

Everyone with LT, look up QKUNGROUP command.
Works fine in LT 2009 which is what I use
EDIT: it calls up a command called PKFSTGROUP

LT has always had PKFSTGROUP and QKUNGROUP, but if you only ever tapped a toolbar button or menu entry they were masked as GROUP and UNGROUP: many an irate LT user who switches to full AutoCAD realizes that LT can be unique and exclusive too.
The full AutoCAD method is, to say the least, clunky and not user friendly: see the post above on how it's done there.
OH Great and Wondrous Zen Masters, it worked !
My 31 yr old son says not to use !!!!!! exclamation points in e-mails. I'm old school. Emotion is good!
Thanks for the assist. Much appreciated pendean ****Sage! & HWALKER

QKUNGROUP no longer ungroups groups nested within groups in LT2013. It worked for me in 2012 but not in 2013. Any ideas?
A wishlist item that got answered perhaps: seems like a great idea to me 🙂
