Cannot download upgrade to LT 2014

Hi,

\I'm trying to download Autocad LT 2014 upgrade from the link in my e-mail.

I can login with username and password but then de Submit Form keeps refreshing and nothing happens.

Is there a solution to this problem, or can I download the upgrade from somewhere else?

I made some changes to your account, please do try accessing Subscription Center and download your software.

If you still cannot do so, do let me know and please authorize me to reset your password. Upon reply, also include the browser you were using.

Could you please re-send your Subscription contract number to me? (click on my username simona.goliscano and then on 'Send this user a Private Message'). Could you please also confirm that I can reset your password so that I can access your account and troubleshoot the issue?
