Hello,

we have bought aclt 2013 and we have got a problem with some files created wtih older versions of aclt.

When we try to open the file (plan), the file name appears but the progress bar don' t move then the file close.

Have you ever seen it ?

Can you help me please?

Use RECOVER command to open the file(s), and see if that helps.
You can also share one here for others to try if you wish.

Use RECOVER to open each XREF first, then PURGE and SVE.
Then repeat for the top file: it may help to move the top file away so that it cannot find and load the XREFs first.

Hello,

I have managed to get around the problem by opening plans with DWG Editor 2008 Dassault System after tools / save the block on the disk .dwg format and select [*] Register for all.
Then open with Autocad lt 2013 and it works.
I still do not understand why Autocad 2013 lt n 'not directly open these plans.
I ve download Autocad lt 2014 trial and it opens the plans without problems ...
Bug fix with aclt 2013 ?

Thanks for your help.
