autodesk payment paper (factuur)

Hi,

I upgrade my autocad lt in januari online straight from autodesk.
But i haven 't get a factuur payment proof. I want to get this but i do not know how.
Can somebody help me?

You should have received an Email confirmation plus your serial number(s): did you check that email address?

Did you use a credit card? Contact Autodesk's online store support and follow up by clicking on the HELP button on that store website you visited.
