Jessica,

Since you are a community manager, maybe you can help me.

I buy a new computer. Purchase AutoCAD. Install it. Then we go to register and use the product. It's almost impossible to find a phone number to speak to somebody! When I finally hunt down a customer service phone number, I’m told somebody might contact me within 24 - 48 hours. Are you serious? I need my AutoCAD to work. Now that I have paid for their product, they will try to get back with me to actually activate it on my computer when they feel like it. Apparently in 2 - 48 hours!!!!!! I can't wait for 2 day to work again. I need some help!
