Hi,
Recently, an error message appears on my computer " Autodesk 360 error ".
I have checked that a hotfix can solve this problem but this applied only for Autocad 2013 while my one is AUTOCAD LT 2012.
Can someone explain to me how to fix this error?

Reboot and cross your fingers as the program reloads.
Does Autodesk 360 actually work on a regular basis? Not had that happen to me yet.
Many times a day I receive sychronization errors
The Hotfix in the text says 2013 products but in the right column many more versions are included as being applied to. Give it a try.

Or try to force it.
Click on the Dropdown where your sign-in name is and choose to Sync your settings. This cleared up the error here.
