AutocadLT

Hi Folks, I have Autocad LT2000 however I havent used it for a long time. I am designing a building and I have problem setting it up for 1/4"=1'-0"  scale. I would appreciate it if any of you would give me a deatiled sequence of creating a new

drawing for the above scale. I need step by step instruction. I also would like  to use an Architecture D size title block.

I apprecate your help and thank you.

Regards,

Gabe

From the Command line:

NEW

Select the Architectural Template you want

(done)

Draw your building at 1:1 in Modelspace

Click on a Layout

Add a Viewport if needed at scale 1/4" = 1'. The Scale can be set form the Properties Window

Right click the Layout tab. Choose Page Setup Manager

Choose your Plot Device and Paper size

Set Plot Scale to 1:1

Move your Title Block and Viewport around until it is on the "Paper" shown in the Layout (Paperspace)

...and don't forget to lock that viewport!

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂
