AutoCAD LT 2015 won't activate

when I press activate button, I get "License error... contact rpresentative error 110"  Then I get "License is invalid"  Then i get "This product has not been properly activated on this system>  And everything closes.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled.  Installed with a different license #.  Can someone help?

MAC OS? or something else?
Are you leasing LT2015? Or did you purchase a license?
