AutoCAD LT 2014 hang while clicking on OPEN FOLDER TAB

Dear Sir,

 

Having AUTOCAD LT 2014 ,when clicking on OPEN tab ,to open folder or file ,the system gets hang or it get crash.

Kindly help me out to reslove the issues.

GIve some troubleshooting steps to get it.

  1. Shut down AutoCAD LT
  2. Unplug the network cable, and disable any other network connections (such as Wifi)
  3. Fire up AutoCAD LT and try it again.
  4. Any difference?
