AutoCad LT 2013 on Windows 7 does not start

Hello,

My AutoCAD LT 2013 - English will not start. It tries to load, however, the process ends and the application never opens.

I've tried

reinstalling the application

repairing the application.

renaming the auto desk folder under appdata, and having AutoCad create a brand new folder.

System restore is not an option.

I'm running windows 7.

The software has run on this PC before, about 30 days ago.

Thanks in advance.

Windows System Restore might reveal what the problem is for you to remove.

OR

Autodesk recommended uninstall/reinstall procedures are as follows
Uninstall: http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS45252

Ensure the user installing/uninstalling and using the product have enough rights to do so (install and reinstall as local administrator):
Unable to run AutoCAD® as a restricted user http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS1055299

More complete .NET fix if you did not go through this procedure:

Download 2010 through 2014 software (if you need it):
