AutoCad LT 2013 Free Academic Download and Licenses

Hi

I am a computer techician at a Higher Education instatution.  We are still using Auto Cad LT 2013.  Recently, all Autodesk software has become available for free to education.  I am looking for LT 2013 and we cannot find it in our education portal to download.  

I have a version of the software, but it seens it is a stand-a-lone license.  Is there a reason it is not available to us to download and manage with a license server?

At the EDU support page http://www.autodesk.com/education/support tap the VIRTUAL AGENT link to ask the question or use the download links option as I see LT2013 available.
