Autocad LT 2013 commandbar/shortcuts

I have a problem with autocad LT 2013, it worked fine for some time but since a few days a problem started.

The problem start a few hours afters starting autocad.

When I type a shortcut command (M  for example) and give enter , the correct command (Move) is shown, the commandbar shows select objects, when I move the mouse to select an object,  the commandbar show type a command and the command i gave is canceled

This problem is with all shortcuts, when I type the whole command  it works fine

After closing down autocad and starting it again its work fine for a few hours and then the problems starts again.

The pgp file is in de correct folder, I replaced the pgp file with a file from a computer without problems, I replaced keyboard and mouse but that didn't help.

The problem starts when hitting the Ecs-key and accidentally hit the "`" key.

I can reproduce this error on all our computers,

So what does ` do exactly? it must do something, since it does nothing here and LT2013 does not seem to do anything good or bad when I press it all day long.

Or edit the PGP file and assign ` to do something, perhaps a SAVE or something else more useful (or benign).

Same here. No change in behavior with that combination of keys.

I don't think its something in the pgp file.

` isn't in the pgp and I don't press enter after ` but esc.

I tested what the problem could be and the folling 4 combination starts the problem.

m (enter) ^ esc m (enter)

m (enter) " esc m (enter)

m (enter) ~ esc m (enter)

m (enter) ` esc m (enter)

update:

The problem only happens when working with de new style commandbar.

With the commandbar in de old position the shortcuts work fine.
