We are running Autocad LT 2012 on the newest fastest souped-up Lenovo Thinkpad W520 available, with Windows 7. If I accidentally direct Autocad to print to a device that is not currently on-line it goes into "not responding" cycle and crashes. Any one have a fix for this?
Windows is crashing AutoCAD: so stop doing it 🙂
Is this a custom PC3 file you aim for, or a system driver installed in Windows? If a PC3 file, give it a unique name you won't accidentally activate, if it's a Windows driver set it to output to file. But you're still going to have to teach yourself not to hit it.
